Cristin loves helping people grow as authentic leaders by creating safe, inspiring spaces where they can listen deeply to themselves and to each other.
When her first child was born with a rare, complex syndrome, she was overwhelmed. With time and support, she became involved in improving care and services for all families. For the past 10 years she has worked professionally as a facilitator of multi-stakeholder collaboration, helping teams and organizations to improve health and care.
That transformative experience of stepping into leadership as a parent and a facilitator – as well as exploring the challenge of sustaining her passion and purpose – has called her to create spaces where leaders and changemakers can nurture their own integrity and the courage to act on it.
She is currently a facilitator-in-preparation with the Center for Courage & Renewal, an organization striving to create a more just, compassionate and healthy world.
Originally from the US, she now live outside Stockholm, Sweden. For more details on my professional experience including publications, see her CV on LinkedIn.
