LIVE Weekly Centering Circles

LIVE Weekly Centering Circles

“The future that we enact depends on the inner place from which we operate.” — Otto Scharmer

During this unprecedented time, many people are finding that by reflecting on and integrating what’s happening to them, they can experience more resilience and wholeness. From this place, they can also be of more service to those around them.

For eight weeks, I’ll be offering one-hour, weekly Centering Circles, virtual group gatherings that provide a space to pause and connect with yourself.

Each unique session will provide a gentle structure and guided exercises – a poem, piece of art or music, an exercise or reflection questions. This is not a training or a lecture; it’s a chance for you to listen deeply to what’s happening within you. Attend as many or as few sessions as you are able.
